5. Responsibilities of Videographers

They are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary skills, licences, permits, and insurance.
6. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers must provide accurate booking details and requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions (e.g., venue approval for filming).
7. Our Role & Liability

We act solely as a facilitator between customers and videographers.

The contract for services is strictly between the customer and the videographer.

We are not liable for the quality of services provided by videographers or for disputes that may arise between customers and videographers.

However, we provide a dispute resolution process to help resolve issues fairly where possible.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use our platform to:

Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your services.

Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Attempt to bypass the platform to avoid paying platform fees (such actions may result in account suspension or termination).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
